After a successful career as a studio manager at some of New York’s finest recording studios including The Hit Factory and Classic Sound, I decided to follow my dream of becoming a chef. I attended The New School and received a Masters Certificate in Culinary Arts. I also took specialized courses such as “How to Become a Personal Chef” and a “Master Class in Italian Cooking”.
Eventually I landed at Food Network and was lucky enough to start freelancing on Iron Chef America and Emeril Live! I worked side by side true professionals such as Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay, and Alton Brown. EZ Eating is my baby, combining of all of my passions into a personally tailored and fine tuned chef service for you and your family. Besides offering my personal chef and catering services, I hold private and group cooking classes that teach what I have learned along the way. I also regularly post podcasts of my culinary tips and tricks for your reference. There are always new and inventive recipes and techniques to learn so please check in with me frequently to see what’s up at EZ Eating.
